How do I know which appointment is best for me?
That’s a great question, I always advise you go with your first choice and where your heart is pulling you towards. You heart will always guide you true. The descriptions will help you feel into the session, but really, each one is uniquely channelled and created for each beautiful soul I have the honour of working with.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
When you book an appointment, we send an email giving you an overview of what you may wish to do or prepare in advance. A general rule of thumb, is to ensure your internet connection is stable and device has battery. It’ll be better for you if you are feeling comfortable in your clothes and surroundings, and in a room without distractions from family or technology. Some choose to have a candle lit, and we always advise you have yourself a glass of water and perhaps a notebook to journal anything afterwards. If you’ve booked a channelled guidance session, be sure to have your questions written down so you don’t forget to ask anything.
How do I choose my appointment slot?
Upon booking you will receive a Calendly link to choose your appointment slot! It’s important you do this straight away to ensure you get the time you want.
Where can I find your collaborations and seasonal events listed?
Any collaborations and one off event links are promoted on my social media and sent out at the start of each month via my email list! They’re wonderful cost effective ways to receive attunements, healings and Divine support in alignment with the influx of cosmic energy present at that time! I usually have them listed on my linktree too..!

Do you run live courses?
I tend to pre-record courses due to the nature and potency of the content, you receive more material this way too, and with reaching beautiful souls across many different time zones, I find that it’s more inclusive to pre-record. I usually run a live Q&A for the course in focus mid way through the class release to assist those enrolled from the launch. Anyone enrolled after the launch I keep in touch with via email.
Are your courses gender or age specific?
Not at all. Most of my courses are focused on the sanctity of Being and the union of Divine Feminine and Masculine energy…of which we all have both within, and find ourselves in most alignment when we are balanced and healed in both. Similarly, regardless of age or physicality, we all have all archetypes of Divine Feminine/Masculine/Shadow/Light within us, and ideally ought to be able to tap into all facets at different times.
I don’t have a paypal account, can I pay by card?
Absolutely, when you click “buy now”, you can either log into an existing paypal account, or choose to check out as a guest, which will let you pay by card without needing an account!
I can’t find the link for tonight’s workshop!
No worries, just pop to your account HERE and you’ll be able to join directly through your upcoming events. Your workshop and course recordings are here also! For future events, as soon as you enrol, you’ll receive an automated email with your link from noreply@aliceheath.com – save the email or link in your calendar so you don’t need to worry on the evening of the live workshop!
Will I receive a recording of the event?
Yes, the day after the event, you will receive an email with details about how to access your recording. If you do not receive this email, you can always access all of your recordings via the My Account page.
How do I access my recordings?
You can access recordings for any event that you booked for, or recordings for events you didn’t attend at any time through the My Account section of this website.
My events are not appearing in the My Zoom section of the website, what do I do?
Sometimes what happens is that your device remembers what the page looked like last time you visited it and when you come back, even though a recording has been added to your account, your device does not refresh itself and just shows you the old version. If you refresh the page on your device, that will probably fix the issue for you. If you are using a computer, you can hold down the ctrl key on your keyboard and then hit the refresh button in your browser which will force the page to reload.

What time zone are meetings held in?
All meetings are held in the UK and are operated on either GMT or BST (GMT +1) depending on the time of the year. The page for the particular event will state which time zone.
On the event page next to the event time is a link that says “Check the time in your country”, if you click this, it will reveal options for you to convert the time into your time zone. Please double check that the time zone that is displayed is correct.
